Class Descriptions:
Pre-Yoga with Somatic Stretching: Ideal for individuals who are interested in becoming physically healthier and more flexible. Good for people with physical limitations or pain. No experience necessary.
Beginner's Yoga: Gentle Yoga for the beginner. Ideal for individuals wanting to become in-tuned with their bodies on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. No experience necessary.
Toning and Strengthening class: This class is great for people who wish to strengthen their core muscles. No experience necessary.
Instructor:
Kathleen Hawkes: She is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist at Comfort Zone. Kathleen has been doing yoga for years and has found numerous benefits associated with it. She has also discovered that her massage clients who do yoga on a regular basis have an increased flexibility and sense of well-being.
- Wear exercise clothes
- Equipment is provided but you may bring your own if you wish
- Come early to pay and ask any quesions
- Price: $10 per 1 hour class, $8 per 45 minute class
