Instructors:
Melina: She has been a Comfort Zone Massage Therapist since June of 2001. During massage training she was introduced to yoga and has been practicing it ever since. In April of 2003, Melina was certified in "Yoga Fit" so she could share yoga with others.
- Wear exercise clothes
- Equipment is provided but you may bring your own if you wish
- Come early to pay and ask any quesions
- Price: $10 per 1 hour class, $8 per 45 minute class.
