Modalities include Relaxation, Sports, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Manual Lymph Drainage, Senior, Chair, Pregnancy, Child and Infant Massage, Upledger Cranio Sacral, Myofascial Release, Stone massage, Reflexology and Raindrop Therapy. Your session may include Aromatherapy, Somatic or Facilitated Stretching. Jan has a background in management, computer training, and 25 years in the nursing profession. Jan is a member of Duluth Entertainment Convention Center, Greater Downtown Council, and Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce. Jan is also teaching the evening class at Lake Superior College in the Massage Therapy Program. |
