Days Available: Monday, Wednesdays, and one Friday each month Bio: Owner and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. Modalities include Relaxation, Sports, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Manual Lymph Drainage, Senior, Chair, Pregnancy, Child and Infant Massage, Upledger Cranio Sacral, Myofascial Release, Stone massage, Reflexology and Raindrop Therapy. Your session may include Aromatherapy, Somatic or Facilitated Stretching. Jan has a background in management, computer training, and 25 years in the nursing profession. Jan is a member of the Duluth Chamber of Commerce, Duluth Entertainment Convention Center and Greater Downtown Council. Jan is also teaching the evening class at Lake Superior College in the Massage Therapy Program.

Days Available: Tuesday 9-5, Thursday 1-5, Saturday on call Bio: Danielle is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist who graduated from Lake Superior College in the spring of 2007. She has over 600 hours of training. Danielle's modalities include Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Pregnancy, Infant, Swedish, Raindrop Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, and Chair Massage.

Days Available: Wednesdays 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. Bio: Summer graduated from the 600 hour program at Lake Superior College in the spring of 2007. She has been working at Comfort Zone since June of 2007. Summer offers the following modalities: Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Hot Stone, Senior, Pregnancy, Infant, Raindrop Therapy, and Chair Massage.

Days Available: Mondays and Tuesdays 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. Thursday 9-12noon, Friday 9-5, Saturdays on call Bio: A Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Karla graduated from the Lake Superior College Massage Therapy Program in 2008. She invites you to relax and renew your mind, body, and spirit in a focused therapeutic session. Karla offers Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Senior, Sports, Pregnancy, Lymphatic Drainage, Raindrop Therapy, and Chair Massage.

Days Available: Sundays, Thursday & Friday chair massage, and Thursday & Friday evenings 5-9p.m. Bio: John is a certified massage therapist but refers to himself as a 'healing artist'. He graduated from the massage therapy program at Lake Superior Collage where he learned a number of different massage types, styles and modalities. Swedish, Shiatsu, deep tissue/neuromuscular therapy, sports, lymph, raindrop therapy, hot stone massages, and somatic stretches and exercises. John offers an eclectic method of massage. John also has a high interest in eastern alternative medicine, healing, and knowledge of herbs which help contribute to the therapeutic value of his bodywork.
