Name: Jan Oltmanns
Days Available: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Bio: Owner and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. Modalities include Relaxation, Sports, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Manual Lymph Drainage, Senior, Chair, Pregnancy, Child and Infant Massage, Upledger Cranio Sacral, Myofascial Release, Stone massage, Reflexology and Raindrop Therapy. Your session may include Aromatherapy, Somatic or Facilitated Stretching. Jan has a background in management, computer training, and 25 years in the nursing profession. Jan is a member of Professional Woman's Network, Duluth Entertainment Convention Center, Greater Downtown Council, and Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce. Jan is also teaching the evening class at Lake Superior College in the Massage Therapy Program.

Bio: Jessica is our Receptionist/Office Manager. She has been with the Comfort Zone since the spring of 2004.

Days Available: Mondays and Fridays 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. and one Saturday a month 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Bio: Summer graduated from the 600 hour program at Lake Superior College in the spring of 2007. Summer is a member of the Zenith City Business Builders Chapter of BNI. She offers the following modalities: Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Hot Stone, Senior, Pregnancy, Infant, Raindrop Therapy, and Chair Massage.

Name: Danielle LePage
Days Available: Wednesdays 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Fridays 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Bio: Danielle is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist who graduated from Lake Superior College in the spring of 2007. She has over 600 hours of training. Name: Kathleen Hawkes
Days Available: Mondays and Thursdays, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and the first Saturday of each month, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Bio: Kathleen is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist who attended the Lake Superior College Massage Therapy Program and graduated in the spring of 2008. She has a background in art and has studied art at various institutions around the country. She comes to the Duluth area from New Hampshire. Bio: Suzanne teaches the Hatha Yoga class on Wednesdays. She attended teacher training at CorePower Yoga(c) and is an internationally certified 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.
