Wednesdays at 7:00 a.m.: Hatha Yoga - with Suzanne. (60 minutes)
Wednesdays at noon: Hatha Yoga - with Suzanne. (45 minutes)
Thursdays at noon: Pre-Yoga with Somatic Stretching - with Kathleen. (45 minutes)

Class Descriptions:
Pre-Yoga with Somatic Stretching: Ideal for individuals who are interested in becoming physically healthier and more flexible. Good for people with physical limitations or pain. No experience necessary.
Hatha Yoga: Class will include an introduction to postures, breath work, body alignment, strength, and flexibility building. A vinyasa flow is included to add rhythm to the class. Beginning to intermediate level taught with modifications. Start practicing yoga today! No experience necessary.
Price is $10 per 1 hour class, $8 per 45 minute class. Please pay with cash or local check.
