Class Description:
All classes are ideal for individuals who are interested in becoming physically healthier and more flexible. Each class will include strength, flexibility, and breath work. A vinyasa flow is included to add rythm to the class. Beginning to intermediate level taught with modifications. Each class will end with a 5 minute rest period. So come join us in our tranquil environment. We welcome all individuals and offer small class sizes. No experience necessary.
Price is $10 per 1 hour class, $8 per 45 minute class. Please pay with cash or local check.
