Schedule of Yoga Classes:

Monday: 5 p.m. - with Melina (1 hour)

Available times upon request, Hatha Yoga Instructor on-call

Class Descriptions:

Hatha Yoga is a blend of Yoga poses and breath work. It is comfortable for any individual because you can set your own pace of involvement.

Price is $10 per 1 hour class. Punch cards are available. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.
